NOTICE TO NOTEHOLDERS REGARDING THE BIDVEST GROUP LIMITED’S CHANGES IN DIRECTORSHIP
ANNOUNCEMENT

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released by The Bidvest Group Limited (“Bidvest” or
the “Group”), the Guarantor to the Domestic Medium Term Note and Commercial Paper Programme
dated 6 April 2022, on SENS on 14 September 2022 stating that Nonzukiso Siyotula has stepped down
from the board of Bidvest as a non-executive director, and as a member of the Audit Committee,
effective 25 November 2022, at the conclusion of the annual general meeting and in line with the
retirement by rotation provisions of the Group’s memorandum of incorporation.
