UPDATE ON BLACK CHROME MINE PROPRIETARY LIMITED BUSINESS RESCUE
PLAN
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 19 October 2022
advising shareholders that the publication of the Black Chrome Mine Proprietary Limited
(“Black Chrome Mine”) business rescue plan (“Business Rescue Plan”) had been
extended to 31 October 2022. The Company hereby advises shareholders that it has been
requested by the business rescue practitioner of Black Chrome Mine that the publication of
the Business Rescue Plan be further extended from 31 October 2022 to 30 November 2022.
The Business Rescue Plan has been finalised and is ready for publication. However, the
business rescue practitioner is still having engagements with creditors and other critical
stakeholders. The extension to Wednesday, 30 November 2022, for the publication of the
Business Rescue Plan should allow for sufficient time to continue engaging with creditors
and critical stakeholders prior to the publication of the Business Rescue Plan.
