NOTIFICATION OF AN UPDATE TO GROWTHPOINT’S INFORMATION STATEMENT

The Issuer has updated the Information Statement referred to in the amended and restated programme
memorandum dated 19 March 2021 (the “Amended and Restated Programme Memorandum”), pursuant to
which the Issuer may from time to time issue notes on the terms and conditions set out in the Amended and
Restated Programme Memorandum.

A summary of the amended changes effected in the Information Statement include:

      -   Material Risks relating to the Issuer’s Business;
      -   Description of the business of the Issuer;
      -   Update to the Corporate Governance provisions;
      -   Contact details of the Debt Officer and audit partner;
      -   List of Issuer’s directors and the capacity of each director, and
      -   A list of directorships of the Issuer’s directors.
