NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND B-BBEE COMPLIANCE REPORT


Integrated Report and no change statement

Shareholders are advised that the Arrowhead’s integrated annual report incorporating the audited annual
financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2021, notice of annual general meeting and form of
proxy, has been distributed to shareholders today and is available on the Company’s website at
www.arrowheadproperties.co.za.

Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)

The AGM of Arrowhead shareholders will be held at the offices of Arrowhead, 3rd Floor, Upper Building, 1
Sturdee Avenue, Rosebank, Johannesburg on Monday, 28 February 2022 at 11h00 or by way of electronic
participation.

The Company has made provision for Arrowhead shareholders or their proxies to participate electronically in
the AGM by way of telephone conferencing or MS Teams. Should shareholders wish to participate in the
AGM by telephone conference call or MS Teams as aforesaid, the shareholder or proxy as the case may be,
will be required to advise the Company thereof by no later than 11:00 on Thursday, 24 February 2022. Full
details for purposes of electronic participation are set out in the notice of AGM.

The salient dates for the AGM are as follows:
