Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on the
Stock Exchange News Service on 16 September 2021, 29 October 2021 and 
24 November 2021, and are advised that as negotiations with Mondelez
International LLC have been terminated, caution is no longer required to
be exercised by shareholders when dealing in AVI securities.
