As per the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, the Annual Financial
Statements for The Thekwini Warehousing Conduit (RF) Limited have
been made available on the Company’s website:

The Company further wishes to advise that their audit reports were
unqualified.
RESTATEMENT OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE PREVIOUS
FINANCIAL YEAR
The Company draws attention to the restatement of the Annual
Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2019. The
restatement affected only the Statement of Cash Flows and
supporting notes. The restatement is disclosed in the Annual
Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020. The net
cash flow as disclosed in the Statement of Cash Flows is unchanged
as a result of the restatement.
The Statement of Cash flows has been revised in preparation of the
Annual Financial Statements to the following:
1. The Statement of Cash Flows now discloses all interest received
and interest paid in a footnote.
2. No distinction is made between interest received and interest
paid on instruments measured at amortised cost and at fair value
through profit or loss for the purposes of meeting the
disclosure requirements of IAS 7, i.e. all such interest paid
or received, regardless of classification of the underlying
financial instruments, is now disclosed for both 2019 and 2020.
