 UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT – ACQUISITION OF DENTAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS HOLDINGS
 PROPRIETARY LIMITED (“ACQUISITION”)


AfroCentric shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the finalisation announcement published on
the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 27 August 2020, wherein they were advised
that following the approval granted by the Competition Commission, the Acquisition had become
unconditional and would be implemented according to its terms.

Shareholders are reminded that the effective date of the Acquisition is today 1 October 2020.
