Update Re: Airports Company South Africa Board appointments

Pursuant to the previous SENS notice issued on 24 August 2018,
noteholders are advised that Dr Nolulamo Nobambiswano Gwagwa will
no longer be taking up the position of non-executive director and
chairperson of Airports Company South Africa.

Deon Botha will continue acting as chairperson of the board.

An update regarding further changes to the board will be shared in
due course.
