CHANGES TO CERTAIN OF THE BOARD COMMITTEES


Shareholders are advised of the following changes to the remuneration, nomination and risk committees of the
company:

-   Mr Marcel Golding, Ms Luntu Sebatane and Mr Masedi Molosiwa have been appointed to the nomination
    and remuneration committees of the company with effect from 29 January 2018;
-   Mr Patrick Naylor has resigned as a member, and as the chair, of the remuneration committee of the
    company with effect from 30 January 2018;
-   Mr Marcel Golding has been elected as the chair of the nomination committee of the company with effect
    from 30 January 2018;
-   Mr Masedi Molosiwa has been elected as the chair of the remuneration committee of the company with
    effect from 30 January 2018; and
-   Mr Patrick Naylor and Mr Hugh Roberts have been appointed to the risk committee of the company with
    effect from 30 January 2018.
