Further to the cautionary statement published on the 3rd of June 2015, the Directors of Hwange Colliery Company Limited wish to advise all Shareholders that the Company is still engaged in discussions that may lead to transactions which may have an impact on the share price.  The Company will be advising Shareholders on the details of the proposed transactions in due course. 

The Shareholders and the public are therefore advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of Hwange Colliery Company Limited and to consult their professional advisers before dealing in the Company’s shares.
