NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Further to the publication of the results announcement on SENS on
Friday, 30 May 2014, regarding the Company’s audited group results
for the year ended 28 February 2014, shareholders are advised that
the Company’s 2014 Integrated Report, which incorporates the audited
annual financial statements for the period, is available on its website
at www.nholdings.co.za or can be obtained from the Company’s registered
office, from today, 12 June 2014, and contains no modifications from the
aforementioned SENS announcement.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The notice of annual general meeting, containing the abridged annual
financial statements will be distributed to shareholders on or about
18 June 2014 and accordingly notice is hereby given that the annual
general meeting of Nutritional will be held at Great Wall Motors SA
(Pty) Ltd, 5 Sneezewood Lane, Glen Anil, Durban on Friday, 29 August
2014, at 10:00, to transact the business as set out in the notice of
annual general meeting.
The date on which shareholders must be recorded in the share register
for purposes of being entitled to attend and vote at the annual general
meeting is Friday, 22 August 2014, with the last day to trade being Friday,
15 August 2014.
