DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of STANLIBSX securities ("Securities Holders") are referred to the
announcement dated Monday, 03 March 2014 setting out details of a possible
quarterly distribution by the ETF to Securities Holders.
Further to the above-mentioned announcement, the manager of the STANLIB ETF
Collective Investment Scheme (“the Manager”) has resolved to make a quarterly
distribution to Securities Holders for the quarter ended 31 March 2014 ("the
Distribution") in an amount of 1.49000 cents per STANLIBSX ETF security. The
distribution will be constituted as follows:
Gross Dividend(local to be taxed) : 0.34000 cents
Local Tax (15%) : 0.05100 cents
Net dividend : 0.28900 cents
Gross Dividend(foreign-dual)to be taxed : 0.46000 cents
SA tax applicable (15%) : 0.06900 cents
Net Dividend : 0.39100 cents
Interest : 0.17000 cents
Scrip Lending : 0.52000 cents
The Security Holders who are not exempt from dividend tax will receive the
Net Dividend of 0.68000 cents per security.
The Distribution will be made to all Securities Holders recorded in the
register on Friday, 28 March 2014 and will be paid on Friday, 11 April
2014.
