FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

1.   Shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 25
     July 2013, 23 August 2013 and 19 September 2013 (“Update
     on Corporate Actions Announcement”) regarding the Share
     Increase, the Consolidation and the adoption of the New
     Memorandum of Incorporation) (“the Corporate Actions”) and
     the special resolutions relating thereto (“the Special
     Resolutions”).

2.   In   the   Update  on   Corporate  Actions  Announcement,
     shareholders were advised that the Special Resolutions
     were submitted to the Companies and Intellectual Property
     Commission (“CIPC”) but that the registration thereof had
     not yet been finalised.

3.   Shareholders   are   hereby  advised   that   the   Special
     Resolutions were registered by the CIPC today, 7 November
     2013 and that the updated salient dates and times
     pertaining to the Corporate Actions are as follows:
