DECLARATION OF SECOND PREFERENCE DIVIDEND OF 8% ON CUMULATIVE, NON-             
PARTICIPATING, CONVERTIBLE, REDEEMABLE PREFERENCE SHARES                        
The board of directors has declared the second annual preference dividend of    
8.40 cents per share ("the dividend") for the twelve months period ended 31     
August 2009, be paid to all preference shareholders recorded in the preference  
share register of the company at the close of business on Friday, 25 September  
2009.                                                                           
The dates relating to the dividend, which the directors have declared, are as
