This is based on the ZAR/EUR exchange rate prevailing on 29 January 2009 of 13.0397. This amount will be adjusted upwards for larger investors who are liable for less than the 1% management fee (on the basis set out in the Second Supplement to the Offering Circular and Pre-Listing Statement issued on 19 September 2005). The aggregate amount payable to each investor will be rounded down to the nearest cent.
