If there is an Automatic Exercise of Investment Profile No.1 of FNIB03 on the 15 August 2025, Holders will have their Notes redeemed
and will receive the cash settlement amount in respect of their Notes on the Implementation/ Payment Date, unless they have elected in
writing to remain invested in the FNIB03 via Investment Profile No.2. Details of the subsequent Investment Profile and the procedure to
remain invested have been disclosed to Holders by the Issuer in terms of the published marketing documentation for the new
Investment Profile No.2.
