Notice of acquisition and disposal of beneficial interests in the securities of the Company in terms of Section 122 of the Companies Act, South Africa
The Company has been informed by the Public Investment Corporation SOC Limited that it has acquired additional securities in the Company such that it now holds 11.15% beneficial interest in the securities of the Company. In addition, BlackRock Inc. has disposed of securities in the Company such that it now holds 4.67% beneficial interest in the securities of the Company. As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act (South Africa), the Company has filed the required notices with the South African Takeover Regulation Panel.
