Johannesburg, 30 May 2025: In accordance with Section 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, Sibanye-Stillwater (JSE: SSW and NYSE: SBSW) shareholders are advised
that Dr. Elaine Jay Dorward-King, who is currently an independent non-executive director at
Sibanye-Stillwater, has been appointed as an additional member of the Nominating and
Governance Committee effective immediately.
