Ratings Action by Moody's Ratings

Noteholders are advised that Moody's Ratings (Moody's) has announced, on 4 November 2024, that it has downgraded the
global scale ratings of two Notes together with the national scale rating of one Note in Amber House Fund 2.

This downgrade was prompted by a correction of a model input error by Moody's related to the calculation of the interest
accruing on the reserve fund.

The national scale rating in respect of the Class C Secured Floating Rate Note (ISIN No. ZAG000177932) was downgraded from
A2.za (sf), to A3.za (sf).

The national scale ratings in respect of the remaining Notes issued by Amber House Fund 2 were unaffected.
