RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING ("GM") OF SHAREHOLDERS – NAME CHANGE
The Board of Directors ("Board") is pleased to announce the results of the Company's GM held on
Wednesday, 22 November 2023, where the resolution proposed for the change in name of the
Company from "Go Life International Limited" to "Numeral Limited" was passed by shareholders
present and voting, in person or by proxy.
The following information is provided:
Total number of issued ordinary shares: 1 242 500 000
Total number of ordinary shares represented at the meeting: 761 845 065
Percentage of total ordinary shares represented at the meeting: 61.32%
The resolution proposed at the GM, together with the percentage of votes carried for and against

Shareholders are referred to the announcement on 6 November 2023 and are advised that
application will be made to the Registrar of Companies in Mauritius for the change in name.
Thereafter, a finalisation announcement will be made regarding any change in salient dates.
Go Life has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the
Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
