notes, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Issuer’s ZAR 10 000 000 000 Unsecured
Subordinated Callable Note Programme dated 4 November 2019 and the terms and conditions of the
MMIG06 applicable pricing supplement, with effect from 19 October 2023.
