CHANGES TO CA&S BOARD COMMITTEES

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements and paragraph
5.28(c) of the BSE Listings Requirements, respectively, the board of directors of CA&S
(“Board”) wishes to advise shareholders that as part of the remuneration and nominations
committee’s annual review, the Board approved the following Board committee changes,
with effect from 24 March 2023:

1. Mr Frans Britz, a chartered accountant and FMCG specialist, was appointed as a
   member of the Audit and Risk Committee (“ARC”);
2. Messrs Blackie Marole and Elias Masilela stepped down as members of the ARC;
3. Mr Blackie Marole was appointed as a member of the Social and Ethics Committee
   (“SEC”); and
4. Ms Bridgitte Mathews was appointed as the chairperson of the SEC.

Following the above changes, the ARC and SEC comprise of the following members:
