CONSTITUTION OF A NEW BOARD COMMITTEE

Shareholders are referred to the Remuneration Report in the FY2022 Annual Report, the Board of
Directors of Zeda Limited (“Board”) indicated that the setup of the Investment and Transaction
Committee (“ITC”) was being finalised.

Shareholders are hereby notified that the ITC has been duly constituted, effective from 9 March 2023,
with the following members:
