CHANGE OF PAYMENT DATE FOR INTERIM DIVIDEND DUE TO PUBLIC HOLIDAY ON 27
DECEMBER 2022

Further to the Company’s SENS announcement dated 24 November 2022, and to the
President’s declaration of Tuesday 27 December 2022 as a public holiday, shareholders are
advised that the payment date for the interim dividend declared in respect of the six months
ended 30 September 2022 has been changed from 27 December 2022 to 28 December 2022.

Accordingly, the salient dates for payment of the interim dividend will be as follows:

Trading ex-dividend commences                                   Wednesday 21 December 2022
Record date                                                        Friday 23 December 2022
Payment date                                                    Wednesday 28 December 2022

Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised from 21 December 2022 to
