RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Hereby be advised that, Mrs. Letitea du Plessis, has announced that she wishes to step down as Chief
Financial Officer and leave the full-time employment of SBN Holdings Limited with effect from 1 May 2023
in the interest of her family. Mrs. du Plessis will continue her professional engagement with SBN Holdings
Limited on a flexible and reduced working hour basis through her involvement in delivering special
projects in the office of the Chief Executive.

This advance notice will allow for a well-planned, smooth transition process and sufficient time for a
suitable candidate to be found and to support an orderly transition.

This will help to ensure that our valued stakeholders and our operations are not impacted by the change
in leadership. The Board will commence the process of appointing a successor to Mrs. du Plessis and a
further announcement will be made in due course.

The Board expresses its profound gratitude to Mrs. du Plessis for her outstanding leadership and
contributions since 2012 when she started in Investment Banking, then Treasury and now as Chief
Financial Officer.
