CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: INTEREST AND CAPITAL PAYMENT NOTIFICATION

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 29 November 2022, in relation to
the interest and capital payment notification on the FRS241 notes. The Issuer wishes to notify the
FRS241 noteholders that the value for the Capital Amount Due contained in the previous announcement
was incorrect. The correct Capital Amount Due is ZAR 244 224 665.00. This is based on:
