CHANGE IN INDIRECT SHAREHOLDING OF A DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that a Trust, in which non-executive director Mr Darryl Kohler is
one of the beneficiaries, has acquired a 29% shareholding, via an intermediary company,
in KSP Offshore Limited (“KSP”), which currently owns 56 293 074 shares (77.6%) in Afine.
This is an acquisition of shares one level above the Company and was not a direct
dealing in the shares of Afine. Clearance to deal was not required.
