1. LISTING OF CORESHARES WEALTH GOVI BOND SECURITIES

Grindrod Bank is authorised to announce the listing on the main board of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) of
CoreShares Wealth GOVI Bond securities in the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector, with effect from
commencement of business on Monday, 5 December 2022. Copies of the CoreShares Wealth GOVI
Bond Exchange Traded Fund Pricing Supplement, in English, may be obtained during normal business
hours from the office of the local manager, CoreShares Index Tracker Managers (RF) Proprietary
Limited, located at Grindrod Tower, 4th Floor, 8a Protea Place, Sandton, 2096 and is available on the
website: www.coreshares.co.za.

2. APPROVAL

Approval for the listing of the CoreShares Wealth GOVI Bond participatory interests was granted by the
JSE on 21 November 2022.
