Renewal of cautionary announcement

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on 15
July 2022 and are advised that Huge remains in discussions regarding a series
of transactions which will constitute, on an aggregated basis, a category 2
transaction.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company's securities until a further announcement is made.
