AUDITED ANNUAL CONSOLIDATED RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2021

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) decreased by 147% to 1.48 cents loss per share,
     from a Headline earnings of 3.17 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Earnings per share (“EPS”) decreased by 148% to 1.51 cents loss per share, from a 3.18
     cents earnings per share in the prior corresponding period.
