Additional executive director’s responsibilities

In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that, Chief Financial
Officer, Ms Deepa Sita will assume the additional
responsibility for Tiger Brands’ procurement function with
effect from 1 December 2021. This is aligned with the ongoing
development of a best in class supply chain model and Ms
Sita’s extensive experience in this field.
