NOTIFICATION OF THE APPROVAL OF THE APPOINTMENT OF THE EXTERNAL AUDITORS

Further to the announcement released by the Issuer on 8 September 2021, in relation to the proposed
change in the Issuer’s external audit firm, noteholders are advised that the appointment of
PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) as the external auditors of the Issuer was approved by the
shareholders of the Issuer, at the annual general meeting held on Wednesday, 22 September 2021.

The appointment of PwC as the external auditors of the Issuer is therefore effective immediately.
