BALLOT RESULTS IN RESPECT OF THE AMENDMENT OF THE AMI REAL ESTATE EX-SA ETF INTO
PARTICIPATORY UNITS IN THE CLOUD ATLAS S&P AFRICAN SOVEREIGN BOND ETF



Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 02 June 2021 regarding the extension of
the ballot results announcement in respect of the amendment of the AMI Real Estate EX-SA ETF into
participatory units in the Cloud Atlas S&P African Sovereign Bond ETF.



Shareholders are advised that the results are still going through verification and the process will be
complete in the cause of the week. Results will be announced during the week.



Due to the delayed publication of ballot results, the salient dates as initially announced on 15 April
2021 will change and new dates will be announced as soon as they are finalised.
