CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are hereby advised that Ms. Thandiwe Godongwana (“Ms. Godongwana”) has
resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company, and as a member of
both the remuneration and social & ethics committees, with effect from 27 August 2020.

The Company wishes to thank Ms. Godongwana for her valuable contribution to the Company
and wishes her well with her future ventures.
