AVAILABILITY OF THE GUARANTOR AUDITED PROVISIONAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2018
In accordance with paragraph 7.5 of the Debt Listings Requirements, bondholders are advised that the audited
provisional results of the Guarantor (“the financial results”), The Bidvest Group, for the year ended 30 June
2018 are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.
The financial results have also been made available on their website at https://www.bidvest.co.za/financial-
results-archive.php
Bondholders are further advised that the audit report on the financial results is unqualified, with no
modifications applicable.
Furthermore, the Issuer would like to advise bondholders that no restatement(s) to previously published
financial results have been included in the financial statements.
