Following the suspension of trading, the placing of African Bank Investments (South
Africa, constituent) under Curatorship, and following notification from the Stock
Exchange, FTSE and the JSE announces the following changes:

*Since African Bank Investments is being deleted from the FTSE/JSE Dividend+ Index
(J259) at zero price, there will be no replacement stock going into this index. The index
will be maintained at 29 constituents until the next review.
