EARLY REDEMPTION OF IBL337 NOTES (“IBL337 NOTES”)

Investec Bank Limited (the Issuer) has exercised its option to early redeem all of the IBL337
Notes in terms of item 53 of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, pursuant to the terms and
conditions set out in the Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme
dated 17 March 2021, as follows:
