In anticipation of this transition, James has advised of his intention to step down as Chair of the Company at the end of its current financial year, being February 2026. He will, however, remain on the Board of the Company in a non-executive capacity. The Board is pleased to announce that Sean Summers, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of PIK and non-executive director of the Company, will be appointed as non-independent Chair of the Company, with effect from James's resignation as Chair in February 2026.
