Notification of resignation and appointment of Company Secretary

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Debt and Specialist Securities
Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the Issuer (the "Board") wish to advise noteholders
of the following changes to the office of the company secretary:

Resignation:

Ms. Lisa Lill has resigned as company secretary of the Issuer with effect from 31 January 2025,
following SA Taxi Holdings Proprietary Limited ceasing to be a subsidiary of Transaction Capital
Limited. The Board thanks Ms. Lill for her dedicated service and valuable contributions during her
tenure.

Appointment:

Resolve Corporate Services (Pty) Ltd (Registration number: 2013/038714/07) has been appointed
as the company secretary of the Issuer, with effect from 31 January 2025 to replace Ms Lisa Lill.

Resolve Corporate Services (Pty) Ltd brings extensive experience in corporate governance and
company secretarial functions, and the Board believes that this appointment will contribute
positively to the governance structures of the Issuer.

The Issuer confirms that the aforesaid changes were made in accordance with the Board's
nomination policies and are in compliance with the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements.
