in respect of the Sygnia Itrix Collective Investment Scheme in Securities and the
Supplement relating to the Sygnia Itrix FANG.AI Actively Managed ETF and utilises the
terms and definitions contained therein unless otherwise specified.
1. Introduction
The JSE Limited (“JSE”) has approved the listing of 5 000 000 Sygnia Itrix FANG.AI
Actively Managed ETF securities, at an issue price of approximately R10.00 in the
“Actively Managed Exchange Traded Funds” sector of the Main Board of the JSE, with
effect from commencement of business on Friday, 29 September 2023. The Sygnia Itrix
FANG.AI AMETF provides exposure to companies that use advanced technologies to acquire
and retain users, including industry disrupting technologies such as artificial
intelligence, large language models, cloud storage, big data, social media, and e-
commerce tools. It is an Actively Managed ETF in the Sygnia Itrix Collective Investment
Scheme in Securities and shall be managed by Sygnia Itrix (RF) Propriety Limited
2. General
The Programme Memorandum and the Supplement are available during normal business hours
at the registered office of the Manager, 7th Floor, The Foundry, Cardiff Street, Green
Point, Cape Town, 8001. The Programme Memorandum and the Supplement will also be
available on the Manager’s website www.sygnia.co.za.
3. Approval
Approval for the listing of the Sygnia Itrix FANG.AI Actively Managed ETF participatory
interests was granted by the JSE on 22 September 2023.
