RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of shareholders held on Monday, 18 September 2023 (in terms of
the notice dispatched on 21 August 2023) all the resolutions tabled thereat were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the general meeting are as follows:

- total number of shares in issue as at the date of the general meeting: 751 551 292
- total number of shares that could have been voted at the general meeting, excluding 46 427 553 treasury shares and
  the shares of the related parties: 607 357 018
- total number of shares that were present/represented at the general meeting: 465 370 500 being 76.62% of the total
  number of shares that could have been voted at the general meeting.
