UPDATE TO THE INFORMATION STATEMENT

In terms of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, Bank Windhoek hereby advises
noteholders that the Information Statement, incorporated by reference in the Issuer’s
ZAR 5 billion Note Programme (“Information Statement”), has been updated.

The amendments to the Information Statement include updates to the following sections:

-   risks relating to the Issuer’s business and operations;
-   description of the business of the Issuer;
-   board of directors (including director CVs, directorships and declarations);
-   corporate governance and regulatory framework; and
-   details of the debt officer.

The Information Statement dated 22 June 2023, is available for inspection at the registered
office of the Issuer as well as on the Bank Windhoek website at:
