Dr Christiaan van der Merwe, a non-executive director of STADIO, sold a portion of his
STADIO portfolio, through his associate, Chris van der Merwe Familie Trust, in order to, inter
alia, manage his personal debt levels. He however still holds, through his aforementioned
associate, an interest in a substantial number of STADIO shares (7.4 million shares).

Clearance for the above was obtained in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements.
