RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Dr Wynoma Michaels has
resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from
9 February 2023.

The Board has no immediate plans to replace this vacancy in the immediate future and will
review its necessity in due course.

The Board would like to thank Dr Michaels for her valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes her well in her future endeavours.
