WITHDRAWAL OF THE CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement issued by MC Mining Limited (MC Mining
or the Company) on 28 July 2022, made pursuant to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange rules noting
the rise in its share price, and to a subsequent extension to the cautionary announcement as issued
on 8 September 2022.


Further to the rights issue launch announcement released on 26 September 2022, MC Mining
shareholders are hereby advised that that the above cautionary status is withdrawn with the issue of
this announcement.
