GLOBAL CREDIT RATING CO (“GCR”) AFFIRMS RATINGS ASSIGNED TO SASFIN BANK
LIMITED


On 31 August 2022 GCR affirmed the national scale rating assigned to Sasfin Bank Limited of
BBB+(ZA) and A2 (ZA) in the long and short term respectively; with the outlook improved from Negative
to Stable. At the same time, Sasfin Bank Limited’s international scale rating of B has remained
unchanged in the long and short term respectively with a Stable outlook. The affirmation of the ratings
and revised outlooks balances the group’s strong capital and liquidity levels against a moderate funding
structure and risk profile.
