ACQUISITION OF A 51% STAKE IN BELPER INVESTMENTS PROPRIETARY LIMITED – FURTHER UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT

1. Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service ("SENS") on
   21 April 2022 regarding the subscription and shareholders agreement ("Agreements"), that the Company
   had entered into with the existing shareholders of Belper Investments Proprietary Limited ("Belper"), being
   Wayne van der Vent, Karen Miller and Christopher Hyland, in terms of which Rex Trueform would
   subscribe for a 51% stake in Belper (the "Transaction").

2. Shareholders are hereby notified that all conditions precedent to the Transaction as set out in the Agreements
   have been fulfilled. Accordingly, the Transaction is now unconditional in accordance with the terms of the
   Agreement, with the effective date being 3 August 2022.
