Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R250,000,000 (Two
Hundred and Fifty Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL199),
under Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share
Programme dated 17 March 2021.
The IBL199 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 11 November
2021 with effect from commencement of trade.
