In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listing Requirements, noteholders are
hereby advised that Mr. Stewart Ashton Bishop has resigned as the Issuer’s Company
Secretary effective on 1 September 2021. Mr. Denis Peterson will assumed the role of
Company Secretary also with effect from 1 September 2021.
