ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE REPORT BY THE COMPANY’S AUDITORS ON FORECAST INFORMATION
CONTAINED IN THE BUSINESS UPDATE AND TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2021

Shareholders of Imperial (“Shareholders”) are referred to the Business Update and Trading Statement for the
year ended 30 June 2021 released by the Company on the Stock Exchange News Services (“SENS”) on 8 July
2021 (“Trading Announcement”) and the further announcement released by the Company on SENS on 9 July
2021.

Shareholders are advised that:

    -   the Company’s auditors, Deloitte & Touche, have issued their unmodified report on the forecast
        information contained in the Trading Announcement (“Report”); and
    -   there are no revisions to the forecast information included in the Trading Announcement.

The Report is available on https://www.imperiallogistics.com/auditors-report.php and is available for inspection
at the Company’s registered office during office hours.
